Aletheia Pulse & Data Sovereignty
Data Processing & Privacy Agreement
LocalBoostApp functions on a zero-knowledge data architecture. Because our dual-pane browser frames connect users to social networks natively, the application never tracks, stores, or intercepts your native corporate credentials. Your local business telemetry data remains insulated within your account block and is never shared, leaked, or leveraged to train public artificial intelligence models.
Introduction: The Sovereign Standard
Welcome to LocalBoostApp LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We operate with a commitment to Digital Sovereignty. This policy details how we handle your information within our secure infrastructure and how the Aletheia Pixel helps protect your digital territory.
Beta Stage Transparency Clause
"During our Beta Stage, we operate on a strict, flat $200/month pricing model. There are no hidden sales tactics, no backdoor fees, and no mandatory upsells. While future platform updates and feature expansions may introduce new pricing tiers, our current beta pricing is 100% transparent."
Aletheia Pulse & Forensic Telemetry
To help verify human users and prevent synthetic fraud, our site may utilize Aletheia Pulse. This forensic telemetry system is designed to monitor on-site behavioral signals, which may include:
- Keystroke Cadence: The rhythm and timing of manual inputs to help verify human presence.
- Mouse Velocity: Movement patterns and speed used to distinguish human users from automated scripts.
- Interaction Integrity: Analysis of how users interact with our tools to detect synthetic activity.
These signals are used exclusively for security, account protection, and site integrity. The Aletheia Pulse is not designed to track your behavior across the web for advertising purposes.
Data Sovereignty & The Vault
Our architecture is built on Data Sovereignty. Your business data—including your Business DNA extracted during onboarding—is stored in your isolated Sovereign Vault.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your proprietary business intelligence to train global AI models. Your data exists solely to power your specific instance of the LocalBoostApp ecosystem.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, business email, and billing details.
- Business DNA: NAP data (Name, Address, Phone), service descriptions, and local keywords.
- Forensic Telemetry: IP signatures, browser fingerprints, and Aletheia Pulse biometrics.
- Third-Party Integrations: Data from Google Business Profile or other platforms you explicitly bond to your account.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Orchestrate your local SEO presence and agentic content.
- Maintain the Forensic Shield around your digital properties.
- Verify "Citational Integrity" across AI search engines.
- Prevent "Info-Siphoning" by unauthorized competitors.
Data Retention & Purging
We retain data only as long as necessary to maintain your Sovereign Build. Upon cancellation or a valid Data Purge request, we initiate the "Scorched Earth" protocol: your Aletheia Pixel is de-bonded, and your Business DNA is purged from our active grid, subject to legal and accounting requirements.
Privacy Requests & Data Rights
In accordance with applicable privacy standards and consumer data rights, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may also request a portable copy of your Sovereign Record.
Data Processing & 2026 Standards (DPA)
We operate as a Data Processor under 2026 standards. Business Founders who require a formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to satisfy their internal compliance or local regulatory requirements can request our standard DPA by emailing hello@localboostapp.com.
Our infrastructure is designed to exceed standard industry protections, ensuring that the "Human in the Loop" remains the ultimate controller of all business metadata.
