    Sovereign Terms of Service

    The Handshake: Governing the Bond

    Effective: May 2026
    Verified: v2026.01

    1. Acceptance of the Bond

By accessing the LocalBoostApp platform (the "Sovereign Grid"), you agree to be bound by these Sovereign Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a "Bond" between the user (the "Founder") and LocalBoostApp LLC (the "Architect"). If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to deploy your Sovereign Build or access the Grid.

"During our Beta Stage, we operate on a strict, flat $200/month pricing model. There are no hidden sales tactics, no backdoor fees, and no mandatory upsells. While future platform updates and feature expansions may introduce new pricing tiers, our current beta pricing is 100% transparent."

    2. Sovereign Access Application

Access to the Grid is not a right; it is a privilege granted after a successful Forensic Intake. Every Founder must apply via the "Sovereign Access" form. The Architect reserves the right to deny access based on territory review, signal integrity, or business alignment.

    3. Confirmation Integrity

The Legal Gate: To protect the integrity of the Grid, all applicants must perform a "Confirmation of Review." By checking the legal gate on the intake form, you explicitly confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to both these Terms of Service and the LocalBoostApp Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This confirmation is a mandatory technical prerequisite for entry.

    4. Eligibility and Regional Grids

Sovereign services are currently optimized and reserved for businesses within the724/412 regional grids (Greater Pittsburgh, Indiana, Greensburg, and surrounding territories). Applications from outside these grids will be flagged for manual review and may be denied to preserve grid density and performance.

    5. Boost Buddy and Customer Login

Returning Founders may access their command center via the "Boost Buddy Login." You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. The Architect is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Founders' security practices.

    6. Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse

The Grid may not be used for:

    • Scraping or harvesting data from the Architect's proprietary systems.
    • Deploying deceptive or malicious marketing signals.
    • Circumventing regional grid restrictions.
    • Any activity that degrades the citational integrity of the network.

    7. AI and Content Review

The Grid utilizes advanced agentic logic (Bear, Dragonfly, Cidela) to assist in marketing deployments. While the Architect strives for high fidelity, the Founder is ultimate authority and must review all AI-generated content before public deployment to ensure accuracy and law integrity.

    8. Disclaimers & Limits

LocalBoostApp provides the tools for Digital Sovereignty, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue, or external AI citations. The digital landscape is controlled by third-party algorithms (Google, OpenAI, Meta, etc.) that the Architect does not command. All services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

    9. Intellectual Property

Founder Ownership: You retain full ownership of your Business DNA, original content, and customer data.

Architect Ownership: LocalBoostApp LLC owns the underlying agentic logic, Aletheia Framework, Sovereign templates, and the infrastructure used to orchestrate the Grid.

    10. Termination (De-bonding)

You may terminate your Bond at any time. Upon termination, we initiate the "Scorched Earth" protocol, purging your Business DNA from our active grid within 30 days, subject to legal and financial retention requirements.
